We
have over twenty eight years experience building and designing
homes in the Pacific Northwest, and have been involved in
the construction of over 3,800 homes, including 23 unique
customs in Semiahmoo. We take great pride in designing and
building the highest quality homes for our clients, and
eventual neighbors.
Our
Custom Home Construction program is designed to answer
all of your questions about the project before issues
become critical, or over budget. We offer ongoing design
consultation for construction details that you may want
to add to your home; researching and shopping for the
best possible solutions for completing these items. We
also guarantee our prices to the Final Specifications
and, guarantee your completion date.
We can do this because of the years of experience
and ability to professionally organize and manage the
construction process of your home. We work hard to leave
nothing in doubt before we clear the first tree from your
lot and, we are on the job personally throughout the entire
construction process.

Our
attention to detail and dedication to producing fine luxury
homes has rewarded us in many ways. We have been the recipient
of six nationally judged "MAME
GOLD MEDAL AWARDS" for homes we
have designed and built in the Seattle/Bellevue area.
We
also have received recognition by receiving five Silver
Medal Finalist Awards and numerous regional and national
acknowledgments.

We
were responsible in cosponsoring and organizing a home show
in Seattle which combined some of the areas leading Builders,
Architects and Interior Designers.
"The Tour of Elegance"
created magnificent homes, and our home went on to win the
"Mame Gold Medal Award" for best home in all of
Seattle for the $325,000 to $500,000 category. We also won
the "Mame" for best interior design even though
we under-spent the nearest competition by a considerable
margin. |

One
of our more prominent Mame Gold Medal Award was for the
best overall architectural design for "The Bloom
Residence Remodel" located in Seattle Washington.
For this award, we competed with most of the leading architectural
firms in Seattle and we were particularly thrilled in winning
this Mame Award due to the fact that our project under-spent
the nearest competition by 1.2 million dollars. The ONeill
Group specializes in all size of projects and enjoys the
challenge in creating the best possible design and construction
your budget will allow.
Aside
from winning the Mame awards, we were one of only two
named in the State of Washington among the "Top
50 Luxury Leaders" in the United States by
"Professional Builder" magazine in June 1996,
and then once again, in May of 1998. And most recently,
we were featured on the cover of "Luxury
Homes Magazine" which is a national
publication by "Professional Builder" (November
1999).

accolades are important to us and appreciated, but our biggest
reward is from our homeowners who have seen their dream
homes built to the quality standards they hoped for and
expected, on time and within budget. These homeowners are
